Questions, or something Atlas got wrong?

How does Atlas find jobs?

Atlas reads the career pages of employers across the USA, every day. For each job it reads the full posting, not only the title.

It then keeps the jobs that fit what you told it on your Profile: your field, the places you would work and the pay you need. Those jobs appear on Today.

What does the Gmail connection read and change?

Atlas looks only at mail that is about a job you applied to, such as a reply, an interview invitation or a rejection. It does not read the rest of your mailbox.

The only change it makes is to put its own labels on that job mail. It never deletes, sends or moves your other mail. Atlas sends mail from your Gmail only if you turn on the morning email or reminders, and only to you.

How do I undo something Atlas changed?

Open Mail. Every change Atlas made to a label or to a row on your Tracker is listed there with an Undo button. Undo puts the label and the Tracker row back, and the Tracker and Gmail stay in step.

How do I change my settings?

Each page has a Settings button at the top. Today holds the morning email, Mail holds your labels, and Calendar holds reminders. Your Profile holds your field, places and résumé.

Turning the morning email off also turns off the weekly note that comes with it.

How do I delete my account?

Open the account menu at the top right and choose Delete account. It removes your account and your data, and it cannot be undone. You can first choose Download my data in the same menu.
